CDA builds digital strategies that help clients understand and integrate new opportunities, technology partners, and emerging digital tools. We provide advisory services to build digital strategies, by combining DAI’s more than 20 years of experience implementing new technology in emerging markets with real-time data and analysis of broader political, economic, and social trends.
Our experts travel to emerging markets, drawing upon DAI’s extensive professional networks to identify private sector, government, civil society, and other key stakeholders. Efficiency and thoroughness are key tenets of our approach, creating strategies that lay the groundwork for successful implementation of digital and innovation programming.
Chloe Carrington is a Senior Consultant within DAI’s dedicated Center for Digital Acceleration, working across business units and donors to help integrate new technologies into development work.
With a consistent focus on the integration of user-centered design in digital development, Talia conducts digital strategic analyses, manages digital projects, and supports the Center for Digital Acceleration in its innovation work, for example by managing the implementation of digital prizes and challenges.
Bobby Jefferson, a leader in the field of information and communications technology for development and global health, is a Vice President and Global Head of Diversity, Equity, Engagement, and Inclusion at DAI.
Connor MacKenzie is a Digital Specialist on the Digital Strategy and Advisory Team within DAI’s Center for Digital Acceleration.
Miriam Stankovich has rich research experience in leading complex projects in data protection and governance, intellectual property and technology law, regulatory impact assessment of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT, Virtual/Augmented Reality, and 3D Printing), and technology transfer.
As Senior Director of DAI’s Center for Digital Acceleration, Anand Varghese leads a team of researchers and policy analysts who help donor clients integrate digital technology into their work and strengthen digital ecosystems around the world.
The Tanzania ICT Partnership: 5G/6G Frameworks and Cyber Security Capacity project supported the U.S. Embassy in building Tanzania’s capacity to embrace international best practices and standards that advance an open, interoperable, and secure internet; defend against authoritarian practices; and catalyze investments in goods and services related to information and communications technologies.
