Eric Adams brings 25 years of development finance experience in Africa, Asia, Latin America, and Eastern Europe and is a founding partner of two Africa-based transaction advisory firms. Eric has set up and managed finance institutions and advised national and sub-national government agencies, commercial banks, and corporations on mobilizing public and private sector financing for sustainable infrastructure and service provision.

At DAI, Eric has served as a Senior Technical Director on the Prosper Africa Trade and Investment (ATI) project and as a Senior Investment Advisor on INVEST, providing technical leadership on more than $50 million in buy-ins globally and with activities seeking to leverage $2.5 bn in private sector investment. 

As a Senior Lead Specialist with the Finance, Investment, and Trade team, Eric supports finance and investment activities related to business development, project implementation, and competitive positioning.
